As an integral part of our administrative team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our collections department. Short Description:
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, record information, update paperwork, or maintain documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material. Operate office equipment, such copiers, or phone systems Maintains scheduling and event calendars. Complete forms following company procedures. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred Typing skills Communications Team player Organization skills Multi Tasker
