$19.00-$22.00 per hour , based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, starting at 7:30 AM or 8:00

Temporary Key Responsibilities Assist with transportation billing and invoice processing Support outside-freight billing cleanup Research and resolve discrepancies between accrued and actual charges Review financial records for accuracy Contact vendors to obtain missing information and resolve billing issues Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with other administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience with billing, invoicing, or accounts payable preferred Experience with financial reconciliation is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must be available to start as soon as possible West Covina CA 3050 Call 626-977-1122 westcovina@partnerspersonnel.com Apply Now Back to Listings
