Job Description
Billing Compliance Representative Fully onsite in Irwindale, CA Long term temp role A well known consumer service company is hiring a Billing Compliance Representative for a fast-paced billing team! If you have call center, customer service, order processing, or data entry experience and thrive in a high-volume environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Process and resolve high-volume billing transactions and service-related issues
- Maintain accurate data entry and customer records while meeting productivity goals
- Investigate and troubleshoot compliance and billing concerns
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of call center, customer service, or data entry experience Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred) Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and make quick decisions Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not requiredSchedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Paid Overtime required on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Two Saturdays per month (7:00 AM-12:30 PM)
