Mid Level Opportunity Summary A respected, global law firm with a local feel is looking for a Legal Billing Compliance Analyst to keep client billing running smoothly and in line with expectations. You'll be the go-to expert on outside counsel guidelines, working directly with partners, clients, and staff to make sure billing stays accurate, compliant, and efficient. Responsibilities Review outside counsel guidelines and summarize requirements for timekeepers Train attorneys and staff on billing narrative, expense, and task/activity code standards Coordinate best-practice billing procedures for partners and clients Monitor billing inventory and deadlines to minimize the billing and collections cycle Act as liaison between clients, partners, and staff to resolve billing issues Qualifications Required 3-5 years of law firm e-billing experience Proficiency with e-billing protocols, vendors, and the e-Billing Hub Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task under pressure Preferred Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Business Prior experience with third-party e-billing software Why Join Us Work directly with partners and clients on high-visibility billing matters Stable, full-time permanent role with a globally recognized law firm Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and
