Reporting directly to the Controller, you'll play a key role in billing operations, payment posting, account reconciliations, record maintenance, and document management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, organization, and working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Process billing transactions and invoices accurately and timely Post payments and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records Must be able to audit Sales Documents and Titles for compliance Support accounts receivable and collections activities Maintain organized accounting, billing, and contract documentation Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with team members to support daily accounting operations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, in a dealership is required Strong understanding of billing and accounts receivable processes Familiarity with contracts and titles Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Automotive dealership experience is a plus Why Join?
