Inland Digital Solutions is an HP Premier Partner and leader in Managed Print Services, committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team and support our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients and customers
• Review billing data for completeness and accuracy
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain and update customer records in the billing system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of payments
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end reporting

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software (e.

g., E-automate, QuickBooks, SAP)
