ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure accurate information is entered into the County My Avatar System to bill Medi-Cal claims Confirm Medi-Cal eligibility before monthly submission of the claims. Periodically run My Avatar reports to confirm accuracy & completeness of client and billing data Attend Santa Clara County My Avatar User Meeting Review Power BI reports Review Admin correction log Oversee openings in County My Avatar System Run denial report from County My Avatar System, extracts Denial file, cleans it and prepares file. Back up Program Coordinator /Program Admin; corrects state and County denials Ensures strict confidentiality of medical and financial records. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Maintain filing and reporting systems, implement changes to filing and reporting systems as needed Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks. Demonstrated ability to work in an environment that promotes compassion, service, and social justice. Commitment and support for organizational initiatives Support the clinical team and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
