The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and supporting Epic PB, managing claims processing, implementing charge routing solutions, and ensuring accurate coding integration. The role involves collaborating with revenue cycle, coding, and clinical teams to enhance billing operations, resolve production issues, and deliver system improvements while maintaining compliance with healthcare and Epic best practices. Key Responsibilities Configure and support Epic Resolute PB workflows. Manage and troubleshoot claims processing and charge routing. Collaborate with coding, billing, and operational teams to optimize revenue cycle processes. Support system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution. Skill Requirements Strong experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) . Hands-on experience with Claims Management , including claim edits, claim generation, and billing workflows.
