POSITION DETAILS
Salary Range from $69,597.00 to $88,853.00 annually 3% Cost of Living Adjustment increase effective 6/29/26 Generally, salary placement is at the beginning of the salary range. Advanced placement may be granted depending on related education and experience. Limited-Term position with benefits
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training:
Two years of college coursework in public administration or a related field. A Bachelor's degree with major course work in public administration or a related field is highly desirable.
Experience:
Two years of research, administrative support or analytical experience, preferably in public administration. Experience directly related to the position is highly desirable

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will: Identify billing discrepancies and resolve issues through careful research, data analysis, and accuracy. Communicate effectively with customers in person and by phone, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and the ability to explain complex billing matters clearly. Possess strong analytical abilities to conduct research, run data queries, prepare reports, and support departmental projects. Utilize ERP systems and modern office software to maintain records, process transactions, and generate reports. Collaborate effectively with field staff, administrative teams, and the public to ensure smooth operations. Write clearly and professionally when preparing correspondence, reports, notices, and customer communications. Demonstrate a commitment to public service and take pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality support to the community. Maintain accurate financial and account records, process payments, review accounts, and prepare billing adjustments with precision. Stay organized and efficient, managing files, records, and workflows with strong attention to detail.
