Billing Supervisor Pay:
Starting at $30.00 per hour

Controller We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Billing Supervisor to lead our billing department and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with trucking, transportation, or logistics administrative experience, strong auditing skills, and prior leadership experience who is ready to grow into a management role. Previous Billing Supervisor experience is not required. If you've successfully led a team, have exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy improving processes, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support the daily activities of the billing team. Audit invoices for accuracy, missing charges, and billing discrepancies. Review customer contracts to ensure invoices comply with billing requirements. Investigate and resolve billing issues and customer disputes. Review mileage reporting and make rate adjustments when appropriate. Develop and maintain consistent billing procedures and training materials. Review and approve employee timekeeping and payroll records. Perform billing duties as needed during peak workloads or team absences. Partner with Operations, Dispatch, Accounting, and other departments to resolve billing and documentation issues. Assist with month-end billing and accounting activities. Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency, accuracy, and overall processes. Qualifications Required Previous leadership, supervisory, lead, or team coordinator experience. Administrative experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, delivery, or a related industry. Strong auditing skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience reviewing customer contracts and ensuring billing complies with contract requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-focused approach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Preferred Transportation or logistics billing experience. Experience reviewing and approving employee timekeeping for payroll. Experience training employees and documenting procedures. Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Why Join Us?
