professionals should NOT apply. At least 2 years of experience with Insurance billing is a MUST. We are a busy and growing dental practice looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Insurance & Billing Coordinator to join our team. Dental Office Experience Required Candidates must have prior experience working in a dental office as an Insurance Coordinator and/or Dental Billing Coordinator.
Qualifications:
Prior dental insurance and billing experience is required Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans and benefits Knowledge of ADA dental procedure codes Experience with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Experience submitting dental claims and attachments Follow-up on outstanding and unpaid insurance claims Review and understand EOBs, denials, and insurance payments Experience with payment posting and insurance aging Strong computer skills Dental practice management software experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask Dependable, motivated, and takes initiative Positive attitude with strong team-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing dental practice
