Accounts Receivable Analyst:
- Monitor accounts receivable balances, financial holds, aging reports, and customer payment activity
- Review and manage shipment receivables, letters of credit, and cash-in-advance requirements
- Ensure invoices, shipping documentation, and payment-related records are completed accurately and on time
- Manage banking portal activity, document uploads, and payment verification processes
- Support month-end and year-end accounts receivable, inventory, and financial close activities
- Partner with Accounting, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, and IT to resolve issues and improve processes Qualifications for the
Accounts Receivable Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, or clerical accounting
- Proficiency with Oracle, Oracle Discoverer, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Experience working within ERP financial systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work overtime as business needs require
