Accounts Receivable Analyst:
  • Monitor accounts receivable balances, financial holds, aging reports, and customer payment activity
  • Review and manage shipment receivables, letters of credit, and cash-in-advance requirements
  • Ensure invoices, shipping documentation, and payment-related records are completed accurately and on time
  • Manage banking portal activity, document uploads, and payment verification processes
  • Support month-end and year-end accounts receivable, inventory, and financial close activities
  • Partner with Accounting, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, and IT to resolve issues and improve processes Qualifications for the
Accounts Receivable Analyst:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, or clerical accounting
  • Proficiency with Oracle, Oracle Discoverer, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience working within ERP financial systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work overtime as business needs require
