AR & Billing Analyst:
- Manage invoicing activities and ensure accurate, timely billing across multiple product lines.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances, financial holds, aging reports, and outstanding payment obligations.
- Coordinate shipment-related financial documentation, letters of credit, and customer payment requirements.
- Partner with Accounting, Logistics, Shipping, Treasury, and Customer Service teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts receivable and inventory reconciliation.
- Utilize Oracle and banking platforms to process transactions, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
AR & Billing Analyst:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, or related accounting functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting experience preferred.
