We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our cohesive and caring team. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient processes across the revenue cycle while ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities Claims Processing :

Submit approximately 100 claims daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Denials Management :

Research and follow up on insurance denials, aiming to fully resolve issues to prevent repeat follow-ups.

Bills Processing :

Review and post self-pay medical and cosmetics bills.

Collections :

Focus on insurance and patient collections

Payment Posting :

Accurately post payments and close accounts once fully processed.

Qualifications:

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years in full-cycle billing; dermatology billing experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency with Apple products and G Suite; must have experience in electronic (paperless) billing environments . Attention to

Detail :

Strong commitment to thorough account management with minimal need for repeat handling.

Communication :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence.

Mindset :

Growth-oriented, proactive problem-solver who is self-sufficient and seeks continuous improvement .
