The Billing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Event Managers including coordinating onsite billing support in conjunction with our Billing Shared Services support. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask complete projects in a timely manner, detailed oriented, organized and diligent. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills and embodies the Hyatt Values. This position provides an overview to all functions in the events department. Previous experience in Opera, Colleague Advantage, Envision, EMS, EAS, Oracle, Micros and Sertifi is preferred. This position supports the smooth and efficient operations of Events, Event Services and Finance Functions.

Qualifications Qualifications for this position:
