Healthcare Clinic looking to expand business in Marion County is looking for an experience Billing Administrator Position Summary Billing Administrator | Revenue Cycle is responsible for the overall operational, financial, administrative, and revenue cycle performance of the company This position oversees clinic operations, front desk staff, compliance, billing, collections, financial performance, and strategic initiatives while ensuring outstanding patient service and organizational growth. Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership for the company.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, customer service, and clinic performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans with executive leadership.
  • Manage revenue cycle including billing, payment posting, collections, claim submission, denial management, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements.
  • Supervise billing specialists and administrative/front office staff.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare operational and financial reports.
  • Coordinate marketing and referral relationships.
  • Maintain provider enrollments, CAQH, PECOS, EFT/ERA, and payer agreements.
  • Lead compliance meetings, audits, and corrective actions. Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of medical billing/revenue cycle experience.
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, EOBs, insurance regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
