Job Description

Job Summary A well-established legal services organization in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Legal Biller to join its accounting team in a full-time, direct hire role. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented billing professional with strong full-cycle billing experience who is comfortable supporting high-volume billing processes, attorney collaboration, client billing guidelines, and month-end deadlines. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and verify client billing arrangements, rates, prebills, final bills, fees, and disbursements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and internal staff to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Review time entries, edit narratives, process billing adjustments, and maintain client and matter billing information.
  • Process electronic billing submissions, resolve e-billing rejections, and ensure compliance with client-specific billing guidelines.
  • Prepare billing reports, fee summaries, disbursement summaries, and other reporting using Excel and related tools.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on outstanding balances, billing inquiries, and collection-related follow-up. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $27 to $29 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Work setting: 100% on-site.
  • Location:
    332 N. Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801.
