32803 Other duties as assigned. Utilizes data analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claim and charge edits. Participates in continuous growth and adaptation to achieve the vision of a world-class revenue cycle. Ensures timely and accurate resolution of Hospital Billing charge edits in Revenue Integrity-owned Epic workqueues. Collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to gather necessary information for claim resolution. Provides training and support to team members on resolving claim and charge edits. Communicates service line-specific trends to Revenue Integrity leadership. Resolves SSI claim edits in Epic Hospital Billing Resolute before final billing to payers. Monitors and analyzes claim edit patterns to identify areas for process improvement. Maintains accurate documentation of resolved claims and edits. Works collaboratively in a team environment to support revenue integrity initiatives. Ensures compliance with billing regulations and organizational policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Understanding of CCI edits, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9-CM, and Revenue codes [Required] Ability to read medical charts or dictation, understand services performed, and correlate those services to charge son the bill (UB-04) Works independently when necessary. Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
