This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or advance a career in healthcare revenue cycle management. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for our clients. Key Responsibilities Review and manage incoming faxes and correspondence in a timely manner Build and maintain accurate patient census records Learn and perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) as requested Complete collections assignments on unpaid and outstanding claims Submit and review medical records as required for claims processing and authorization Assist with billing entry and demographic entry as needed Learn and submit billing as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus — but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the revenue cycle field Preferred Software Experience (training provided — not required) CollabMD KIPU and other EHR platforms Sunwave Availity Insurance portals Why Join Us?
