Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing Specialist to join our Accounting team. This position is responsible for supporting the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process by ensuring invoices and credit memos are prepared, processed, and issued accurately and on time. The Billing Specialist will perform a variety of accounting and clerical functions, maintain accurate billing records, research and resolve billing discrepancies, and work closely with internal departments to ensure customers are billed correctly and timely. Responsibilities Daily, operate the company's ERP system to review and process client invoices electronically Prepare weekly invoices using the company's ERP system for weekend services billing Use various forms and reports to determine what needs to be billed Electronically submit billings to customers Manually submit lien releases, pay applications, A1A documents, or other special billing requirement for specific customers Monitor accounts receivable emails and respond to customers Follow up with assigned customers to collect outstanding receivables Update accounting records with customer contact information or changes Education and/or Work Experience High School Diploma/GED Previous experience as a billing clerk or a similar role Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems Working knowledge of accounting standards Strong Communication, Organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Proficient in Microsoft office Excellent math skills Strong attention to detail Join us at OnSight to be part of a vibrant team that values precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement. $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
