Job Summary Joiner and Associates was established in 1993 and is a growing property management company, with a secondary focus on real estate sales. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist with previous experience in the maintenance field (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, maintenance etc.) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes (for both our maintenance department and our accounting department), ensuring accurate invoicing, and providing exceptional customer support. This role requires strong computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process and manage billing transactions for our maintenance and accounting departments accurately and in a timely manner Maintain organized records of billing information and client accounts Handle customer inquiries related to billing and provide excellent customer service Assist with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks as needed Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism Support office management tasks and administrative duties Collaborate with team members to improve billing processes and customer support Must answer company emergency line on assigned dates Qualifications Previous bookkeeping experience preferred Previous office experience or clerical experience in a maintenance environment is preferred Previous experience with property manager software (Appfolio, Yardi, Entrata) is preferred Strong computer literacy with experience in Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Bilingual candidates are a plus for enhanced customer communication Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We aim to be the best property management company in Athens.
