CINC Systems is seeking a Lockbox Specialist to support our fintech and property management SaaS platform. You'll process high volumes of homeowner and association payments, reconcile lockbox files, and ensure accurate posting into our cloud-based accounting and banking systems. Partner closely with operations, support, and banking partners to resolve exceptions, research discrepancies, and maintain data integrity. You'll follow strict controls, meet SLAs, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative, growth-oriented, and customer-obsessed culture. Responsibilities Process and post high-volume homeowner and association lockbox payments with speed and accuracy. Reconcile daily lockbox files to bank activity and accounting system records. Research and resolve payment exceptions, returns, and posting discrepancies within SLAs. Collaborate with banking partners, internal operations, and support teams on payment issues. Maintain strong internal controls, audit trails, and compliance with banking and company policies. Monitor and report on payment trends, errors, and operational metrics. Document and update lockbox and payment processing procedures. Support testing or validation when lockbox or payment-related system changes occur. Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Provide occasional support to customer service teams on payment-related inquiries.
