Essential Functions:
Handles high volume of Inbound/Outbound loan processing and recovery calls. Provide superior customer service, ability to follow established procedures, set forth for location. Assist potential borrowers by effectively communicating the loan process and answering questions regarding the loan. Navigates multiple computer systems while interacting with customers. Examines loan applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing underwriting guidelines. Nurture leads from online applications. Ensures monthly monetary collection goals are achieved. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws governing collections are followed. Negotiating resolutions on delinquent line of credit loan accounts. Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and manage recovery process Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with other team members to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in collections and customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Experience and Education:

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Must be able to stand and for long periods of time, talking, hearing constantly Typing, data entry in screens daily Sit in front of computer monitor (s) daily. Occasionally lift up to 5 lbs.

Pay:
$17.00 per hour
