Job Description
WORK AUTHORIZATION
This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. The Accounts Payable Analyst will be a key member of the Accounts Payable team, reporting to the EDI Supervisor. The primary role of the EDI Analyst is to support the accuracy and efficiency of EDI invoice processing. This individual will work to monitor and reduce transaction errors and pending items through root cause analysis and partnering with vendors and business partners. They will review and evaluate current processes and procedures to identify gaps and inefficiencies and provide recommendations for process improvements that enhance efficiency. What You'll Do Data Analysis- Build and review reports to identify EDI transaction errors, data discrepancies, and opportunities to improve processing accuracy and efficiency. Critical Thinking
- Evaluate EDI exception errors, unusual transactions, and process gaps to determine root causes and collaborate with vendors for long-term, sustainable solutions. KPI Reporting
- Develop and provide KPI scorecards on invoice processing accuracy rate, EDI rejection rate, and types of errors. Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve EDI processes and workflows, increasing efficiency and overall effectiveness. Cross Functional Collaboration
- Lead cross functional teams throughout the EDI error resolution process to drive accuracy and efficiency. Training
