This is a full-time, position focused on Medicaid billing, account follow-up, denials, and self-pay accounts. What You'll Do Submit and follow up on Medicaid claims Research and resolve denials, rejections, and unpaid claims Process corrected claims and appeals Manage assigned self-pay accounts and patient balances Review EOBs, payments, adjustments, and account activity Monitor AR aging and prioritize follow-up Maintain accurate account documentation Work with insurance payers, patients, and internal departments to resolve billing issues What We're Looking For Medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience Experience with Medicaid billing preferred Knowledge of insurance claims, denials, EOBs, and patient balances Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts Professional communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

Experience with Indiana Medicaid/IHCP, self-pay collections, ophthalmology billing, or a practice management system.

Schedule:

Enjoy a 4-day workweek with four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, giving you one weekday off each week.
