Review daily billing for assigned communities. Review, Audit, and Research customers accounts. Resolve billing Issues. Assist communities with month end close and monthly billing. Assist with interim and year end audit. Train communities on new procedures, policies, or automations within our billing system. Identify opportunities to streamline processes. May perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.Benefits
