BILLING COORDINATOR PHYSICIAN BILLING

Billing Coordinator-Physician Billing High School Diploma or equivalency required. Previous Healthcare billing or coding experience strongly preferred. Associates Degree in a Business related field preferred.

EQUIPMENT SKILLS

Basic computer skills are required including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to utilize the internet for research purposes is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Oversees the charge capture reconciliation and billing process and works with Providers, Practice Managers, Billing Company representatives and others to resolve issues. Creates and processes documentation related to billing. Ensures accuracy and completeness of billing information.
