Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize in high-stress situations Proficiency with electronic medical records Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Key Responsibilities:
