• resolve rejections and e-billing issues ?

Prepare billing reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation ? Maintain and update client billing information in Elite Legal Billing system ? Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client billing guidelines ? Coordinate with attorneys, staff, and clients on billing matters ? Assist with training and mentoring junior billing staff You have: ? Prior legal billing or law firm accounting experience (preferred) ? Familiarity with e-billing platforms and Elite Legal Billing system (a plus) ? Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills ? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment ? Several years of legal billing experience in a law firm environment ? Strong understanding of e-billing platforms, legal invoicing, and billing compliance ? Ability to manage high-volume billing responsibilities independently ????
