Billing Customer Service Specialist temporary to hire position for an established insurance client located in Andover.

Duties:

Accurately process daily payments, review checks and electronic payments for accuracy, handle refunds, set up automated payment plans, monitor and resolve billing tasks, errors and system updates. Provide support for complex billing questions and issues. Must be proficient MS Office Suite. Associate's degree in accounting or business preferred. The schedule is Monday- Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm. Summer hours on Friday 8:15am to 3:00pm. Pay $22 to $24 an hour depending on experience.
