Job Description

Manage billing support requests, customer inquiries, payment application, and accounts receivable activities in a high-volume environment. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable. Experience working in a high-volume or time-sensitive billing environment. Familiarity with general ledger functions. Familiarity with month-end close processes. Familiarity with financial accounting statements. Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Experience applying customer payments to invoices. Experience handling billing inquiries through email, phone, or ticketing systems. Preferred Skills Experience with NetSuite. Experience with Zendesk. Experience in a SaaS, software, or hardware environment. Experience managing high volumes of customer billing tickets. Experience supporting backlog reduction or billing issue resolution. Job Responsibilities Manage the daily inflow of billing support tickets. Review and resolve outstanding customer billing requests. Respond to customer billing inquiries through ticketing systems, email, and phone. Apply customer payments to open invoices. Research billing discrepancies and account issues. Update customer billing records as required. Support accounts receivable activities and invoice reconciliation. Maintain accurate billing and payment documentation. Support general ledger and month-end close activities as needed. Coordinate billing-related issues with finance and other internal departments.
Pay:
