Role Overview:
Coordinator Billing (2025-1054) Role Overview The Billing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the accounting department by managing billing processes and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, solving problems, and communicating clearly with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing. What You Bring You have previous experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role. You bring a solid working knowledge of accounting basics. You are highly organized, with strong communication and time-management skills. You work efficiently under pressure and can manage multiple priorities. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. You have excellent math and grammar skills. You bring strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.. Key Responsibilities Review invoices from each department daily, ensuring billing is accurate and all materials are correctly included. Communicate discrepancies in charges or inventory to the appropriate department personnel for resolution. Batch and post daily invoices that are accurate, preparing them for exporting. Review new job folders, scan documents, verify billing accuracy, and deliver payments to Accounts Receivable. Enter new job installation equipment into the warranty website and update customer profiles in ServiceTitan. Track install jobs on the "Job Details" spreadsheet to monitor task completion and team productivity. Participate in weekly Accounting Team Meetings to stay aligned with processes and updates.

Pay Range:
USD $27.00 - USD $31.00 /Hr.
