Prepare daily bank deposits Reconcile delivery drivers' daily receipts Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients in a professional manner Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status Accounts Receivable Clerk Skills Proficiency in English and in MS Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently Well-organized with a superb attention to detail Enthusiastic, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities Consistent, dependable and professional Accounts Receivable Clerk Education and Professional Experience Three years or more of proven work experience as an accounts receivable/collections clerk Knowledge about meat, meat processing a plus
