$140,000
•165,000 Base + 15% Bonus + ESOP allocation

Corporate Controller:
The Corporate Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and monthly close processes across the subsidiary entities. Lead monthly and annual consolidations for the parent company Manage and mentor staff and oversee AP, treasury, and subsidiary accounting personnel to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Serve as the primary liaison with the external CPA firm for tax matters and lead the annual audit process Design and implement cash forecasting, financial planning, and reporting processes that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
