Bryant Group, Inc. is a Plumbing Contractor located in Gaithersburg, MD. We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist with Construction experience . The successful candidate should be skilled in mathematics, well-organized and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience with construction billing is required.

Responsibilities are as follows:

Processing weekly invoicing Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies Process time and material invoices Assist in maintaining time and material log

Skills:

Proficient in accounts receivable billing Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Knowledge of office administration and procedures Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 3 - 5 years and general accounting experience

Pay:
