Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Biller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for account breakdowns, verification and collection of patient balances, as well as insurance verification. Must be able to assist with credentialing as needed. Work with PPO plans both in-network and out-of-network, review EOBs, and resolve billing discrepancies. The Office Manager may delegate additional administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any discrepancies Communicate with insurance providers and patients regarding billing inquiries Maintain and update patient billing records in the practice management system Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies Assist with periodic billing audits and financial reporting We offer a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth, including continuing education. Salary:
$22 - $28 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
7:30-4:30, Mon-Fri, 1 hour lunch

Requirements Previous experience in dental billing is required. Strong knowledge of dental coding and insurance processes. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Dentrix and billing systems. Spanish speaking is a plus #IND2 Benefits
