Position Description:

Service Coordinator — Brighton, MI You're the person who keeps things running! Field techs are out on jobs. Customers are waiting on quotes. The phone won't stop. And somehow, you're the one who keeps it all moving — calm, sharp, and three steps ahead. If that sounds like you, we want to talk. As our Service Coordinator, you're the nerve center of the whole operation. You schedule the work, guide the techs doing it, keep the data straight, and make sure customers feel taken care of from quote to invoice. No two days look the same, and that's exactly the point.

Schedule:

Full-time, in-office position Monday through Friday. Rotating shifts are 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Participation in an on-call rotation is required approximately once every six weeks. What you'll actually be doing Run the schedule. Coordinate installation and maintenance jobs so techs are in the right place, with the right info, at the right time. Lead from the coordination seat. Give field technicians the guidance and oversight they need to do their best work — and help develop them as they grow. Keep the numbers honest. Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and company records that the whole team relies on. Build the quote. Work with Sales, technicians, the parts team, and customers directly to put together accurate rental and service quotes. Close the loop on billing. Team up with accounting to manage payments and collections and untangle any billing issues fast. Be the fix-it person. When a customer or sales issue lands on your desk, you're the first to jump on it and turn it around. Step up when it counts. You will be part of the on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency requests — because when someone needs help at 9pm, you don't leave them hanging.
