Job Summary:

The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation / issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm's software systems.

Job Duties:

Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue.

Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoicesAssists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generationOther duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Education:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent, requiredAssociate or Bachelor degree, preferred

Experience:

Two (2) or more year's experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, requiredExperience within a professional services firm, preferred

License/Certifications:

N/ASoftware:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, requiredProficiency with SharePoint preferredOracle Fusion or other project based ERP systems , required
