Position Overview We are seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Saginaw team as a Part-Time Clerical Assistant. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required; just a positive attitude, strong reliability, and a willingness to learn. Experience in a medical office setting is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities Mail Management:
Open, sort, and distribute incoming office mail daily.
Document Processing:
Scan patient and billing data into administrative software with high accuracy.
Office Support:
Assist with printing, filing, and completing special administrative projects.
General Clerical Duties:
Handle basic office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Compliance:
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills. Positive, team-player attitude with a eager, self-motivated mindset. Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Background or interest in a medical office environment is helpful, but not required.
