Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. is a leader in the field of trenchless rehabilitation in the United States, and part of the Carylon Corporation, which includes fourteen companies that provide environmental maintenance services across the country. Our headquarters is in Kansas City, MO with branch operations in St. Louis, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Nashville.

Monday-Friday-9:00AM-5:00

PM Pay:

$25

•30 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

K, PTO, ESOP Job Duties:

•Maintain accurate records and data entry for billing purposes

•pair invoices with work orders, keep track of labor hours, communicate with other employees to obtain proper information, and prepare company work orders for billing. Maintain logs of all financial transactions, adjustments and customer data. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer complaints in professional manner. Generate and issue accurate itemized bills, invoices and statements. Maintaining clear written and verbal communication between departments. Handle sensitive financial and client information securely.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping related to A/R, A/P, and payroll is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High School diploma required.
