Automotive Dealership Billing Clerk Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi | D'Iberville, MS Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi is looking for an experienced Automotive Dealership Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who understands dealership accounting and can accurately process vehicle deals while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Process and post vehicle sales and deal jackets accurately and efficiently Review deals for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation Verify funding requirements and follow up on outstanding items Process vehicle invoices, floorplan-related paperwork, and other accounting documents Reconcile schedules and assist with month-end closing Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Accounting Departments Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets dealership and manufacturer requirements Research and resolve discrepancies Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Previous automotive dealership billing or accounting experience required Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes Experience with CDK required Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional and dependable Why Join the Gayle Benson Automotive Team?
