The Role (What You Will Do): Because we utilize a robust third-party billing company to handle complex backend claims and denials, this role is not about fighting insurance companies. Instead, you will focus on front-office flow, patient coordination, and financial ledger accuracy.

Patient Experience:

Manage the master schedule, warmly welcome patients, and facilitate smooth check-ins/check-outs.

Financial Coordination:

Verify patients' insurance eligibility and clearly communicate coverage and out-of-pocket costs before treatment.

Collections:

Collect over-the-counter copays and ring up cash-based wellness therapies.

Billing Liaison:

Serve as the primary on-site communicator with our external billing team (Olympus Billing), ensuring financial data is synchronized correctly within our EHR.
