Job Description
Billing Specialist | $24-$28/hr | Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm | Omaha, NE | Direct Hire Build Your Career in Billing, Systems & Problem Solving If you enjoy figuring out why something happened—not just processing transactions—this role offers a great opportunity to build your analytical skills. You'll solve billing and system issues, work across multiple departments, and help identify process improvements while building your career with a highly stable organization.
Responsibilities:
Investigate billing questions and determine the best solution for customers and business partners Troubleshoot system and transaction issues while identifying the root cause behind recurring problems Partner with teams across the organization to resolve issues and keep billing activity moving smoothly Analyze trends and recommend practical changes that improve processes and customer experience Other duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree equivalent work experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and basic math skills 2 years of relevant experience Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple prioritiesBenefits and Perks:
