Job Description

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners across the industries we serve. From facility maintenance and janitorial services to landscaping and snow removal, we deliver consistent results through exceptional service and outstanding people. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Invoicing Specialist to support operations . This role is responsible for preparing and issuing accurate customer invoices, verifying billing information, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and company policies. This position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday , at our Bridgewater, NJ location.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Review contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements to ensure proper billing terms and rates.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies in billing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and billing activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
  • Leverage technology
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent college graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, with strong Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Benefits
