We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time position based in Hackensack, New Jersey. The role involves managing accounts payable operations, including transitioning automated billing processes and configuring payment workflows within NetSuite. Responsibilities Transition automated processes from bill.com to NetSuite internal automated import functionality Set up rules to import credit card transactions into NetSuite Manage accounts payable operations and vendor payments Support the company's online product sales business operations Qualifications Required 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience Proficiency with NetSuite or similar financial packages Strong Excel skills Preferred Knowledge of bill.com processes and integration
