We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order / Data / Billing Specialist to join our in-house hospitality team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations by managing orders, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently Review, verify, and process invoices and billing information Maintain organized records using Microsoft Word and Excel Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and guests Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and properly filed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Experience with order processing, billing, or administrative support preferred High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team
