Type:
full-time Responsibilities Review and clean up outstanding accounts payable transactions and vendor records Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues Reconcile vendor statements and ensure account balances are accurate Assist with invoice processing, coding, and data entry as needed Support account reconciliations and maintain organized AP documentation Collaborate with internal departments to resolve outstanding items Identify process improvements and assist with maintaining accurate financial records Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 4+ years of accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Experience reconciling vendor accounts and researching discrepancies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks and/or SAP Previous experience assisting with accounting cleanup projects, reconciliations, or process improvement initiatives
