Onsite- Monday through Friday About the Opportunity The People Placers is seeking two experienced Revenue Cycle Coordinators to support the billing operations of an established healthcare organization in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. We are hiring for two temporary assignments: Accounts Receivable Coordinator
- Hospice Billing Accounts Receivable Coordinator
- Palliative Billing These positions are ideal for candidates with strong, direct medical billing experience who understand healthcare revenue cycle processes and can contribute effectively in a busy billing environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting medical billing and revenue cycle functions for the assigned department Reviewing and processing billing-related information accurately and efficiently Monitoring accounts and identifying billing issues requiring follow-up Assisting with accounts receivable and outstanding account resolution Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness Researching and resolving billing discrepancies Following up on claims and other outstanding billing matters Maintaining accurate records and documentation Working closely with internal revenue cycle and billing team members Following established healthcare billing procedures and compliance requirements Helping ensure billing activities are completed accurately and within required timelines Qualifications The hiring team is specifically seeking candidates with direct, relevant medical billing experience .Candidates should have:
Previous hands-on experience in medical billing, healthcare revenue cycle, or a closely related billing function Relevant healthcare industry experience Experience working with accounts receivable and/or billing follow-up Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to research and resolve billing issues Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with a revenue cycle or billing team Ability and willingness to work onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ every day Hospice, palliative care, or closely related healthcare billing experience is highly desirable. Candidates whose experience is primarily general billing without relevant healthcare/medical billing exposure may not meet the requirements of this position. Compensation $25- 26 per hour , depending on experience.
Pay:
$25.00- $26.
