full-time A well-established firm is seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to join its New Jersey office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has strong attention to detail. ????
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and edit client invoices in line with firm policies
- Manage e-billing processes and ensure accuracy of billing data
- Handle complex billing (discounts, split billing, electronic submissions)
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve discrepancies
- Respond to client billing inquiries and process write-offs
- Assist with monthly/quarterly billing reports ?
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of law firm billing experience
- Experience with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume billing
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally ?

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$85K - $100K (commensurate with experience)
