What You'll Do:

Aggressively following up on 30-day+ aging accounts Use ICD-9, ICD-10, and ICD coding standards appropriately Reprocess claims and submit appeals when needed Review EOBs, correct denials, and resolve claim issues Collect outstanding balances from insurance companies and patients Maintain strong knowledge of dental codes (CDT) and billing procedures Work with Medicaid, VA, and Nevada insurance plans Communicate with insurance representatives, patients, and office teams Audit account ledgers and confidently explain patient balances with exceptional customer service. ⭐

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in dental billing getting claims paid (required) Knowledge of dental billing/coding standards Strong understanding of insurance workflows and reimbursement Organized, persistent, and detail-oriented Confident communicator who isn't afraid to follow up Self-motivated and accountable with strong time management skills Dentrix and/or Denticon software Office hours: 40 hour work week M-F from 9am-5pm Company perks: Paid Holiday Paid Vacation Health Insurance Dental Benefits if you're ready to win claims and get paid what we're owed Experienced dental billers encouraged to apply immediately!
